AI Marketing Operating System

About Course

You are one person doing the work of five. This course builds the five back — as a structured system rather than a pile of chat windows.

Most people’s AI use stops working after about a month. It starts well, then you’re opening a new chat every day, re-explaining your business each time, and ending up with forty scattered conversations and inconsistent output. The problem isn’t the AI. It’s that nothing persists.

You’ll build three layers. A department of seven marketing roles, each a permanent workspace with its own files and instructions — including the two roles almost nobody assigns: the one answering customer DMs, and the one bringing buyers back. A data connection that brings your ad numbers in safely, whether or not you have connector access. And a control system: a weekly report, a verification habit, and a written line around the decisions that stay yours.

The course is deliberately honest about what this replaces. It does not replace five salaries or an agency’s strategic judgment. It replaces the blank page, the re-explaining, and the inconsistency of starting from zero every morning — and for a business that could never afford the alternatives, that’s the difference between marketing consistently and marketing occasionally.

Videos are in Arabic. Written materials are provided in both Arabic and English.
